At Snap Happy, we want you to love your AI-generated photos. We understand that AI results can vary, and we're committed to making things right if you're not satisfied with your order.

Cancellation Before Processing

Full Refund: If you cancel your order before we begin AI processing (typically within 1 hour of purchase), you will receive a full refund.

To cancel, email us immediately at hello@snaphappy.com with your order number.

Satisfaction Guarantee (After Delivery)

If you're not happy with your generated photos, we offer the following options:

  • Free Re-generation: We'll regenerate your photos at no additional cost using different settings or scenes.
  • Partial Refund: If regeneration doesn't resolve your concerns, we may offer a partial refund (up to 50%) at our discretion.
  • Full Refund: In cases where we cannot deliver usable photos due to technical issues on our end, we'll provide a full refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following cases:

  • Poor quality source photos: If uploaded photos are blurry, low-resolution, or don't meet our guidelines, results may be affected.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction: AI results are artistic interpretations. Minor variations in style or appearance are not grounds for refund.
  • Failure to download: Photos are available for 90 days. Failure to download within this period is not grounds for refund.
  • Terms violations: Orders cancelled due to violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at hello@snaphappy.com
  2. Include your order number and the email used for purchase
  3. Describe the issue with your order
  4. We'll respond within 2 business days

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
